Chicken Escalope

Chicken Escalope is A French term meaning a “very thin”, boneless slice of chicken. The cooking time is very short because they are thin.
This chicken escalopes recipe is perfect if you want to cook up something quick and easy for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can serve with chips

Now, let’s get started:

2 chicken breasts, skinned and deboned
2tbsp plain flour
Salt and paprika pepper
Garlic powder
Parmesan cheese
2 medium egg
50g breadcrumbs
30g butter Or margarine
Olive oil

1. Put each chicken breast between 2 sheets of cling film, using a rolling pin beat the chicken breasts out to have thin layer. Just like you do for your snacks.
2. Break the eggs in a shallow dish add pepper and garlic powder, Beat the eggs.
2. Tip the flour and the breadcrumbs on a plate on to a plate, add paprika pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese.
3. Dip a chicken breast in the flour and tap off any excess, then dip it in the egg to coat completely; finally, dip in breadcrumb mixture and set aside. Repeat with the rest of the chicken.
4.Heat the butter and oil in a frying pan. Cook the breasts over a medium heat for 3-4 mins on each side. Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
